In this video she shows how to apply your makeup in such a fashion that no one will know that you’re wearing make-up. This is a great look for many occasions, day time and night. It will give you a beautiful, healthy and youthful glow and will have people remarking on how great you look (without make-up).

Follow her along in her natural make-up routine. It’s not so important that you use the products that she does. You probably have your own favorites, it’s all in how you apply it.

Anti-Aging Facial Exercises - Tone and Define

While we try to keep our body in good shape by exercising and stretching our muscles, we tend to forget our face has muscles that need toning too. Contracting and relaxing your facial muscles on a regular basis will help improve your muscle tone. This in turn, will make your face appear more defined and relaxed.

Try a few of these exercises for a month and you should notice a difference in your facial definition.


Forehead  -  With your fingers on your forehead above your eyes, pull your skin down while raising your eyebrows. Repeat this 10 times for a smoother, wrinkle free brow.

Double Chin - Start by tilting your head backwards and relaxing your facial muscles. Then make your mouth into a large “O” and hold it for 20 seconds. Close your mouth, lower your chin, relax then repeat 10 times. This can also help relax your neck muscles at the same time. This will tighten your under chin area.

Turkey Neck – Put your hand on your throat and tilt your head back and point your chin to the ceiling. Without actually opening your mouth point your bottom lip up towards the ceiling. Extend your lip 10 times, relax and repeat 5 times. This strengthens your neck and helps firm up aging necks.

Eye Lids – Relax while seated straight and press the heel of your hands over your closed eyes. Take a deep breath and squeeze your eyes shut tightly working against your hands. Hold for the count of 10, remove your hands, relax and repeat 10 times. This assists in removing puffiness around your eyes.

Lips – Make a fish face or an over pronounced pucker, hold for a count of ten and relax. Repeat ten more times. This strengthens the muscles around your lips and gives you firmer and line free lips.

Cheeks – Make a blowfish face as hard as you can and hold for 20 seconds. Relax and repeat 5 times. This helps define your cheekbones and helps alleviate cheek puffiness.

Cheeks - Press down on your cheeks with your fingers, while trying to make a big smile. Keep your head back and repeat 10 times. Pinching your cheeks increases your blood flow.

One of the great things about all these exercises is that you can do them any time and practically any place throughout your day. I wouldn’t recommend practicing them while working in a public setting as people may think you a bit odd.

But seriously, practice these exercises daily whenever you can and you’ll soon see an increased firmness and definition throughout your face and neck in no time!
